There is so much to writing than just typing a few words. Writing is a process that involves forming ideas into new structures. Writing is a form that allows expression. It is a creative process that enables the individual to express him or herself fully. There are no boundaries. Writing is a process that is easy. Time-bound. It should be effortless. It should allow us to explore the inner parts of our minds and become aware of how we feel.

What if I were to tell you that writing is not enough? That writing is a process that must be supplemented with critical thinking? It is a process that must be supplemented with moment to moment evaluation of yourself.

How do you achieve such a state? By becoming aware of your stream of consciousness, you can become a better writer. You can glimpse into your own inner mind. You can enter a reality of self-control. You can immerse yourself in a new world. A world without boundaries. A world of hope. By writing you become one with the words, the letters. You become one with the digital space.

How are you able to achieve a high state of flow? You become self-aware by critically thinking about yourself. You become self-aware by analyzing yourself in different scenarios. You become self aware by becoming yourself.
