Fractional CTO / CTO-for-Hire

Fractional CTO for Operator and Non-Technical Founders

As your fractional CTO (CTO-for-Hire), I help non-technical founders get from idea to MVP and into investor-ready shape.

I work as a fractional CTO. That means I help scope the problem, build the product, launch fast, and shape the product into something investors can understand, inspect, and believe in.

I'm the Fractional CTO of Produvia, where I build and launch AI products. I'm also the ex-Co-Founder & CTO at Fitplan, which raised $11.3M, including a $4.5M Series A.

Email Alpha and Boardy

Send a short pre-screen email before scheduling. The first step is fit, stage, and next-step clarity. Money, compensation, rates, and financial terms are discussed by phone call only. No audit, deck review, data-room review, or working session happens before payment clears.

Compensation and Financial Terms

I do not publish rates, fees, budgets, discounts, or other compensation figures online. I discuss money and all financial terms with founders by phone call only.

All engagements use monetary compensation. If you are actively raising, any reduced rate or cash back-pay arrangement is discussed and agreed on that phone call.

What I Help With

- Scope the real product problem
- Build and launch the MVP
- Choose a practical technical architecture
- Make the product investor-ready
- Audit and improve existing AI-generated MVPs
- Prepare the technical narrative investors will inspect

Investor Introductions

If we work together and the company is ready for the right conversations, I can suggest warm introductions to investors in my network, including angels, early-stage VCs, and syndicates. This is opt-in, relationship based, and only available to founders I am actively working with. Introductions are not guaranteed, and this is not a standalone fundraising service. I do not give fundraising advice or make investor introductions before payment clears.

Full fundraising and disclosure terms are documented in the fundraising exception policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

This is for non-technical founders who need a fractional CTO to help turn an idea into a real MVP, launch quickly, and prepare for investor review.

How do you work with founders?

I work inside the product problem. That includes scope, architecture, hands-on execution, launch decisions, and the investor-ready technical narrative around what is being built.

How do you discuss compensation and pricing?

I do not publish rates, fees, budgets, discounts, or other compensation figures online. I discuss money and all financial terms with founders by phone call only.

How are active-raise terms handled?

If you are actively raising, any reduced monetary rate or cash back-pay arrangement is discussed and agreed by phone call only. If the raise closes, deferred back-pay is due at close. If the raise stops or materially changes, we revisit the arrangement by phone call before continuing.

Do you introduce founders to investors?

If we are actively working together and the company is ready for the right conversations, I can suggest warm introductions through my network. This is opt-in, not guaranteed, and not a standalone fundraising service.

Can you review my pitch deck, data room, or join investor calls before we start?

No. That level of time commitment is reserved for clients who have paid. Pitch deck reviews, data-room feedback, repository reviews, MVP audits, investor-call prep, investor calls, fundraising strategy, scope planning, and implementation advice are paid work products. They begin only after payment clears.

I sent payment, can we start working while it arrives?

No. Work begins only after payment has cleared and funds are available in my account. I do not control payment processing times — bank transfers can take days or weeks depending on the banks, currencies, and intermediary banks involved, Wise transfers vary, and crypto needs confirmations. I do not begin work while payment is in transit. For first-time clients, funds must be fully cleared before any work starts. For established clients with a history of on-time payments, I may begin the next cycle once payment is sent, at my discretion.

Build the MVP. Get investor-ready.

If you are a non-technical founder with a serious product idea, I can help you move from vague concept to something investors and customers can evaluate.
